PARTICIPANTS

You are an officer responsible for the commission or implementation of a project or – in cooperation with your partners – you are a specialist with a mandate to design projects. Your cooperation takes place in a bilateral, regional or global context, or you are working in a sector-based project.

 You also have at least 6 months of cooperation experience in your current project.

OBJECTIVES AND CONTENT

Using Capacity WORKS, you will create a navigation system that allows you - jointly with your cooperation partners - to negotiate solutions adapted to the specific context.

In this course:

·        you will analyse the various requirements of the cooperation partners and commissioning parties in the implementation.

·        you will identify your personal scope for action and that of your cooperation partners.

·        you will develop adapted approaches for the impact-oriented implementation of projects with your cooperation partners.

·        you will strengthen your ability to take action in a volatile and complex environment.
